Pop up food stalls for Rouken Glen Park

Ghillie Dhu Trail

Thanks to funding from Bags of Help Scotland our Ghillie Dhu Trail at Rouken Glen Park is now complete. This trail can be found around the busy areas of Rouken Glen Park, and anyone needing help can follow the faces and arrows, and it

will bring them to the Pavilion Visitor Centre, where they can get help from a Park Ranger. The trail was designed by volunteers from Our Lady of the Missions Primary School, Thornliebank Primary School and Trust Housing in Thornliebank.

News - Rouken Glen Pavilion

It was installed by our Rouken Glen Volunteer team and TCV - The Conservation Volunteers. It is named after the Scottish Folklore Fairy, who was the protector of lost children.

People's Choice Award

Following Rouken Glen Park successfully receiving a Green Flag Award for the 8th year in a row, we now have the chance to vote for it in the Keep Scotland Beautiful People's Choice Award.

The public vote will decide what are the 10 best parks and open spaces from across the UK.

It would be great to see Rouken Glen recognised in this UK wide vote - so please vote now.

Voting closes on 30 September and the People's Choice top 10 will be announced on 16 October.

Tennis!

There is FREE table tennis available at Rouken Glen Park- with balls and bats being available to borrow from the Pavilion Visitor Centre.

There are also tennis courts FREE to use by anyone- no need to book, just turn up and bring your own racket and ball.

These are open 24/7 all year round.
