Activity Ranger

The Activity Ranger runs events and programmes at Rouken Glen Park, including:

-  Education sessions for Schools and Colleges

-  Biodiversity Improvements

-  Investigating the History and Archaeology of the Park

-  Conservation of Geology in the Park

-  Art and Cultural Activities

-  Conservation Days for a Range of Groups & Teams

-  Conservation Volunteering Days - refer to Volunteering section


-  Rouken Glen Park hosts a variety of events run by external organisations and local community groups - refer to the Events section

Walking Groups

-  Short walks for all abilities- refer to Walking Groups

Schools / Community and Corporate Groups

-  Rouken Glen Park has a series of Curriculum for Excellence lesson plans for Early, First and Second levels.

-  Local community groups and corporate groups looking for volunteering activities are welcome in the park.
