Ramblers Scotland Medal Routes

Ramblers Scotland Medal Routes are now available for Rouken Glen Park.  Ramblers Scotland is using the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games legacy to inspire everyone to be more active.  They have designed their Medal Routes project to help people get to know the paths and green spaces in their local areas.

Medal Routes are three short circular walking routes that start and finish at the Pavilion Visitor Centre.  These routes are designed to take approximately:

  • 15 minutes  (Bronze Route - Approx 1.07 km / 0.66 miles)

  • 30 minutes  (Silver Route - Approx 1.61 km / 1 mile)

  • 60 minutes  (Gold Route - Approx 3.34 km) / 2.08 miles)

Rouken Glen Park's routes are available to download from http://www.ramblers.org.uk/~/media/Files/Scotland%20microsite/MedalRoutes/MRoutes%20jpegs/Rouken2.jpg?la=en
